The 2009 Stage Schedules will be posted around May 1st.  Please check back then for the complete stage listings.  By adding your name to the mailing list you'll also get a copy of the schedule!

Sunday prior to the show the fairgrounds will be open for early arrivals. There is always plenty of activity going on with set-up and preparations. Early arrivals are encouraged to check out the shopping in Wahoo and dine at some of the fine restaurants while you’re in town.  Check our links page for more information on local sponsoring businesses.

Make sure you wear your admission button and let people know that you’re in town for the Wahoo Country Music Show.  Community support is very important to our continued success and when business owners see you in town they realize we’re bringing big business into this small community.

Here is a tentative schedule of the week's activities.

Monday – Setup and settle in for the week. Jamming if we’re not too worn out.

Tuesday – Continued setup, parking more campers and more jamming..........

Wednesday – Parking more campers and setup stages. Our 10th Annual Show in 2007 started an informal jam, show, dance in Stage 3.  This has become an annual event, the kitchen will be open and all entertainers are welcome to preview their talents to the early arrivals.

Thursday – More campers arrive and we finalize setup and organization.

We'll get things underway Thursday evening with our featured entertainers showcase followed by the "World Famous Mark & Dave Show" and more.

Friday – All four stages have activities starting mid-morning. Concessions will be available on the grounds throughout the day. Crafts and exhibits open at noon. The Danciest Dance of the West is a highlight starting at 7:00pm.

Saturday – All four stages continue with some special shows in the afternoon on the main stage. Register by noon for the songwriter’s contest and band scramble. Crafts and exhibits open at 9am. Registration open for dance contest also. The night is ended with the Return of the Danciest Dance of the West and late night jamming for those hard-core pickers.

Sunday – Of course we start with a Gospel show in the morning. We have more entertainment and we announce the contest winners by 5:30 pm. Stick around to help pack up if you’d like, then plan to return to the 13th Annual Wahoo Country Music Show, June 24 - 27, 2010.
